ScanBizCards is a veteran card-scanning app aimed at Salesforce users. It predates the AI era and it shows: accuracy is sold as paid human-transcription credits.

Free tier scans cards but can’t export to a CRM or scan badges, and includes exactly 2 human transcriptions ever. Sales Ninja is $100/user/year; transcription accuracy beyond OCR is sold in credit packs ($25 per 100 cards).
ScanBizCards earned its install base a decade ago, and at $100 per user per year it is at least priced in public. If all you need is card scanning into Salesforce and you don’t mind buying transcription credits for accuracy, it functions.
But it competes from a different era: no offline queue, no voice memos, no AI enrichment, no QR capture claim, and accuracy that costs 25 cents a card. hunybadgr does all of that for $60 per user per year, less than ScanBizCards charges, with the AI doing the transcription for free.
